Welcome!  My name is Sarah Stapley and I am a writer, among many other things, such as adventurer, dreamer, and student of life.  I have been writing for as long as I can remember, always using this creative tool as my outlet for stress, to document my adventuring, and to preserve my own story.

I have spent many years editing the work of other folks, while spending all my free time writing about my own adventures and interests. It never occurred to me that I could actually making a living with this creative passion of mine, but I have decided to take the leap and enjoy the ride no matter what it may bring. Bumps and all.

I enjoy writing with personality, whether my own or one that I create for you, and find that the true challenge comes from leaving behind conventional rules and writing styles to let a story unfold as it was meant to (rules are what proofreading is for!).

My hobbies are plentiful and include things like camping, hiking, cross country skiing, photography, making new friends, afternoon tea, Bikram yoga, home decorating, reading, volunteering for a worthy cause, travel, wine tasting, cooking, and exploring, among many more.  I love the thrill of pushing myself out of my comfort zone, though it often results in sensory overload, and am a firm believer that we never stop learning.  And so, I experience, I soak everything up, and I never stop thinking about what my next adventure will be.
